Anchorage at the Lake has been the location to many gorgeous weddings! Our large and beautiful deck is the perfect location to make exchange your vows.

Rental space is free of charge when you rent 3 or more cabins on the property. Otherwise, a $500 rental fee is applied. Bring your whole family and have a large get-away wedding! We’ve even got a great list of local vendors that can give your wedding the perfect convenience and finishing touches!

July 17th was the Cheap Trick/Squeeze Concert at the Meadowbrook U.S. Cellular Pavilion. What a crowd!! Lots of fans staying the weekend with us! It was a blast seeing everyone!

July 23-25 we saw the Nor’Easter Classic Softball Tournament!

The Nascar Weekend at New Hampshire Motor Speedway came and went. It was an exciting weekend with the LENOX Industrial Tools 301 and Danica Patrick!

The sounds of growling motors filled the air in Laconia this week. You guessed it! The 87th Anniversary of Laconia Motorcycle Week brought in all sorts of fun events and shows. You could expect anything from show casing to races. We certainly saw our share!

Anchorage at the Lake hosted many Laconia Motorcycle Week attendees. The weather was PERFECT. We could not have asked for a better time with returning guests and long time friends. It was also great to see Russel and John, who reserve the same spots every year like it was a timeshare!

We love having you guys come around! Russel and his men were excellent guests and enjoyed the Trapp House treatment for their stay!

Many returning Motorcycle Week guests were happy with the new improvements we made to the cabins and property. It was wonderful seeing everyone again!

June is winding down. Don’t forget about our July availabilities. July 4th is coming up soon, too! You always know it’s around the corner when you see those firework tents going up.

What more could you ask for? Memorial Day weekend came and went. There were many families that came out to join us. We all watched beautiful sunsets and enjoyed the most perfect spring evenings Lake Winnisquam ever saw!

Kudos goes out to Dan, the Volleyball champ! I also hosted a group of father and son fishermen! Lake Winnisquam is full of small mouth bass and they are BITING! Our group of father and son fishermen reported that the fish were biting within 3 minutes of casting their lines! You know what that means?! Grab your fishing poles guys! This month is the best time to do your fishing here. There’s nothing like bass over a fire and shared with friends and family! I fact, I think I will head down there myself!

It’s Memorial Day! We hope you are taking advantage of the many sales going on! Make sure you head out to the Tanger Outlet Mall to get those awesome discounts!

It is May 15th!! First day of the season!! I had just finished opening up all the lake front cabins this past weekend and decided to take a short break. As I sat down on the steps of Cabin 16, I snapped this great shot of the lake. This is the view I get every day in my office. Not too shabby, huh?

Loudon Speedway for the 20th Annual Vintage Racing Celebration!!

Date: Tuesday, May 18 to Sunday, May 23.

We are located 15 miles from the speedway. Motorsports history will come alive as legendary racing machines from around the world gather to compete at the 20th Annual Vintage Racing Celebration at NHMS. This year’s Grand Marshal is legendary NASCAR star, Bobby Allison.

Event Schedule:
Tuesday, May 18 through Thursday, May 20
Many of the most famous Midgets, Sprint Cars, Champ Cars, Roadsters, and NASCAR stock cars will fill the speedway’s 1.058 mile oval. Fans will have the opportunity to meet and talk with the drivers and car owners who wrote early racing history.

Friday, May 21 to Sunday, May 23
The 1.6 mile road course at NHMS will challenge veteran competitors from the world of road racing. The action will be friendly, but fierce as these vintage sports cars, formula cars, and motorcycles compete for bragging rights.

Saturday, May 22 and Sunday, May 23
There will be the Classic and Custom Car Show along with the NHMS Automotive Flea Market. If you love cars, this is the event for you!

Tickets (includes infield admission)

• $10 per day or $25 for the entire event
• Children age 12-16 are $5
• Children under age 11 are FREE

Tickets will be available at the Speedway Main Gate each day of the show. Gates will open every day at 9:00 a.m.
