The Garland Resort has announced the sale of the resort assets to New Frontiers Capital, LLC. The hoel located in Lewiston Michigan will no longer belong to the Ron Otto family.

Mr. Otto commented about the sale:”While this is a bittersweet time for our family, we couldn’t be happier with the new owners and the plans they have for the property. New Frontiers Capital has the interest of guests, members, and employees at the forefront.”

The Garland Resort will continue to be one of the Michigan’s finest golf resort and four season recreational facilities. The transition will be seamless for guests.

Mr. Randy Dzierzawski, President of New Frontiers Capital commented:”I am very excited and proud to be the new owner of Garland Resort.
