Knickerbocker Hotel Has Been Bought
The 300,000 square foot Beaux Arts building, has recently been acquired by Highgate Holdings in partnership with Ashkenazy Acquisitions Corporation.
The building has been for years under the control of Danske Bank, but they have finally agreed to sell the property for $6 billion.
“The high-profile property’s rejuvenation will mark the latest milestone in the dramatic revival of the 42nd Street block between Broadway and Avenue of the Americas.”
